The Vurger Co – this is the first permanent location for this plant-based burger company after their successful crowd-funding campaign. The Vurger Co’s burgers include “The Classic” made with smoky black beans, peppers and corn topped with tomato, red onion and homemade Vurger sauce; “The Mexican”, featuring a spiced jalapeno and pepper bean patty topped with hot salsa, chilli mayo and smashed avocado; “The Auburger” made with a chipotle smoky aubergine, red onion and chickpea patty topped with cumin mayo and pickled cabbage.
